 inContact Software Development Inc. provides contact management and CRM software specifically tailored for mortgage brokers and agents.   The software provides tools to segment customer data for marketing campaigns and to keep track of and act on customer's personal data such as birthdays and other opportunities to contact them.

DataWest Inc.'s  Sanchez Profile is  a full suite of CRM tools for the mortgage industry which integrates with their banking applications and mortgage and loan administrations systems.
